Quick Start Guide

This guide will walk you through creating your first podcast episode with Knowave in under 10 minutes.

Step 1: Create a Project

After signing in, click “New Project” on your dashboard. Give your podcast a name, description, and upload cover art (or use our AI to generate one).

Step 2: Write Your Script

You have three options:

1. Write from scratch using our editor
2. Paste existing content (blog post, notes, outline)
3. Generate with AI — describe your topic and let our AI write a podcast script for you

AI Script Generation

Click the “Generate Script” button and provide:

• Topic: What your episode is about
• Tone: Professional, conversational, educational, etc.
• Length: Short (5 min), Medium (10 min), or Long (20+ min)

The AI will generate a complete script that you can edit and refine.

Step 3: Choose Your Voice

Browse our voice library and select a narrator. You can:

• Preview each voice with your script
• Adjust speed, pitch, and emphasis
• Use your own cloned voice (Learner Pro plan)

Step 4: Generate Audio

Click “Generate Audio” and wait about 30 seconds. Knowave will produce studio-quality audio from your script.

Step 5: Review & Edit

Use our built-in editor to:

• Trim or adjust sections
• Add intro/outro music
• Insert pauses or transitions
• Adjust volume levels

Step 6: Publish

Click “Publish” to distribute your episode to all connected platforms. You can also:

• Schedule for a future date
• Download the MP3/WAV file
• Get an embed code for your website
