Knowave is an AI-powered podcast creation platform that allows users to create, edit, and distribute podcast content. The Service includes AI script generation, voice synthesis, audio editing, and distribution tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Content Ownership

You own your content. Any scripts, audio files, podcast episodes, or other materials you create using Knowave remain your intellectual property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the Service
• Create deepfake audio of real people without their explicit consent

6. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscription details:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as-is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated scripts and content before publishing.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with 30 days notice for significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knowave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
